9/17/2005 06:24:00 AM|W|P|Nicole|W|P|I’m such a klutz! Word of advice…NEVER get up in the wee hours of dawn to take some meds when ur half out of it. Besides getting bombarded with falling meds when I opened the cabinet and nearly decapitating myself in the dining room...I some how managed to grab the milk and make it safely to the dining room chair I had previously tripped over. I get my prescribed amount of Advil. I grab the milk to pour a glass. Simple enough you would think. Evidently not because I proceeded to lose my grip, not wanting to drop my mums precious glass on the wood floor, I used my wrist to help hold everything. In doing so...i created a milk trajectory...similar to a canon...all over the damn floor...*grumbles*...so then I had to mop it all up and then I got Mr. Clean and mopped it again...All I wanted was some Advil dammit... lol Anyway that is how this fine morning has started. Oh yah I am an official metal mouth now. Yay :| I went up Tuesday to Clear Lake and they put in spacers. If you dont know what those are be thankful. They are these pieces of plastic they JAM between your teeth! I have a small mouth this equals PAIN. Its not really bad at first just pressure but then a day later...it was like I had needles for teeth! I had to either suck on things or mash it with my tongue to avoid searing pain. On Thursday, Jeff took me out to a movie and dinner. We saw The Transporter 2. The first one was much better but it was still entertaining and of course I was with Jeff so I wouldnt of cared what we were watching anyway really...cept that exorcism one out right now. *shudders*...Couldnt drag me to that for anything...well I take that back...maybe a considerable amount of money. But anyway. Than we went to Marie Calendars cause I hadnt eaten all day. Take a guess as to why. Do you have any idea how horrible it is to be starving looking at a menu of food salivating and then realizing u cant eat most of it? Its a great diet plan…fluids and baby food. I just have this feeling most people wouldnt pig out on mashed carrots. Even as an emotional eater I dont think I'd head to babyfood for comfort. Then on Friday they banged on my sore teeth and glued brackets on my teeth. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if my teeth hadn’t been so frickin sore already. Oh yah and to top it off I had to pick a color. And as an indecisive person i can tell you this is hell. I was like um…that one...noo...that one...no...which do you think? Oh hell just use those. Plop back in chair and let em bang around some more on my teeth. And here I am with baby blue braces and a bit sore. I'm getting braces pretty dang soon...like within a couple weeks. I suppose it's the person wearing the braces that make it sexy. But somehow I don't think a seductive growl and a flick of a tounge would be that effective anymore. Especially when the growl no longer resembles anything but garbled gibberish and Jeff would have to rescue my tongue from the clutches of the evil brackets from the land of braces... It was hebrew or somesuch...who knows..just made it confusing to work with...but it's finally up..not done...just up...
